Engage in journaling, personal reflection, and guided exercises to deepen your chakra work. Share your experiences in a safe, supportive environment or keep them private for personal growth.
What to Expect:
Engaging discussions, guided meditations focusing on specific chakras, and insights into chakra attributes such as colors, crystals, foods, and more. Experience Reiki energy boosts during meditation to facilitate energy movement within each chakra.
